Camp Timbercrest had such a bright start today! Campers arrived around 1pm and headed up to meet their unit counselors. They had some time to play name games, meet each other, and set up their units. All of the groups made campstitutions, which is a set of rule the campers make for themselves and their group. They did their swim tests shortly after arriving, and talked about what they want to do throughout the week. We had dinner, and then we went to our opening campfire. Every unit chose a song to sing, and we sang many others that everyone requested. After fast and slow songs, we said goodnight.
