JCITs slept in (for a mere 10 minutes)! Feeling adequately rested, we ate breakfast and did our camp kaper. Then we had a bit of time to clean and pack our suitcases for our weekend away.

We cheered on the rest of the camp during their brilliant Friday Follies (like a talent show) performances. Following lunch, we took some “me time.” We headed to all camp for the paint war, which was epic, suffice it to say! Then we took a dip in the lake to wash off (most of the paint at least). Finally we finished up our name tags in arts and crafts and planned our parent program performance. After a dinner on the lawn and some freezie pops for dessert, we finished our first week as JCITs. Here’s to week two going strong!!
