July 6, 2016 was an extremely hot and humid day. The day was mostly filled with swimming program activities which consisted of an all camp swim and Buffalo Swim.  Some of our campers and staff tried their hands at archery again and played a game called gaga. Gaga is a game similar to kickball in which one tries to tag another with a beach ball to get them out of the circle. We also had some troop campers arrive for the Tack and Trails program and Through the Looking Glass program. Tack and Trails is a program for learning the fundamentals of Western riding. Through the Looking Glass, is a program in which troops can enjoy playing a game of croquet, go on a scavenger hunt, and make arts and crafts with the Mad Hatter. The evening was filled with watching an outside movie – Peanuts, while floating on the lake!!!
