Yesterday we welcomed our session 3 campers to Camp Timbercrest! As campers came in, they had the opportunity to stop at the trading post where they could buy some camp items for the week. Once campers went through check in they headed up to the units where they met the other campers and counselors.

After everyone arrived, all of the units headed down to the waterfront a refreshing dip in the lake, and to take their swim tests. The horse girls went to the barn to meet the horses. The rest of the afternoon was spent playing ice breaker games to get to know fellow campers and staff.

Last night we had our opening campfire. Each group taught 2 fast and 1 slow song to the rest of camp. We are all looking forward to what this week has in store.
