It was a quite the interesting day here at camp. Boots and Spurs pranced and trotted on their favorite horses while others braved Keyser Lake. However, it was later that evening when everything changed.

ZOMBIES! Zombies took over Camp Timbercrest…. Good thing our campers practiced their skills at archery and all things outdoors to prepare for the take over. Our Zombie Horse and Horse director entered into camp ready for any challenges they were about to face. Zombies chased our campers and staff all the way up to Hawthorn where campers used their natural surroundings to hide.

Campers successfully protected our beloved camp and ended their evening in Bellinger where they got to go “around the world” and talk to our international staff. The international staff then shared some of their native treats for campers to try.

Later in the evening we braved the storms…. now to wait to see what tomorrow brings!
