Howdy!

Today was a very rainy day for Timbercrest! A lot of the day was spent indoors playing indoor games, or in arts and crafts! Nevertheless, many groups got to spend this morning doing lots of great outdoor activities.

Riding the Trails and Boots and Spurs got to do a trail ride this morning. This is where they take the horses on a trail, rather than in just the arena. Both groups got to go boating after lunch as well! Riding the Trails stopped at the trading post today and got to buy some fun souvenirs.

My Favorite Pony did arts and crafts in the morning. They made friendship bracelets. They joined in with the groups listed about to go boating on the lake in the afternoon, where they looked for traces of fairies in the water.

Timbercrest @ Night enjoyed a late breakfast because they got to stay up last night. They played on the water toys after eating. They had time for showers after lunch and then did some arts and crafts. Tonight, they are having a glow party!

Ooey Gooey started off with archery and sports after breakfast. They did some boating in after lunch and got caught by the rain. They didn’t let that stop them from having a great time.

All of the groups had a cook out tonight as well. This means they made a fire in their unit, then cooked the food themselves! This teaches girls fire-building, outdoor cooking skills, fire safety, and so much more.
