Howdy!

Sorry for the late write, I was up late last night partying with Timbercrest at Night at their glow in the dark party.

The CITs (Counselors in Training) took a mid morning swim, and played on the water toys. After lunch, they had more counselor training where they learned what it takes to be a leader, and painted rocks.

Boots and Spurs spent the time after breakfast at the barn, doing barn chores, and getting to know the horses a little bit more. In the afternoon, they cooled off with swimming, and then had the opportunity to use the water toys as well!

Fairyland played dress up in drama in the morning. They used the time before lunch to take a dip in the lake. They learned how to aim in the afternoon at archery, using slingshots to shoot down mushrooms. After that, they did arts and crafts.

Timbercrest at night, Holiday Happenings, and Wild and Wacky enjoyed a late breakfast. They spent before lunch doing arts and crafts. After lunch they went to drama, where they learned a vocal warm up. They spent the afternoon on the lake boating!

All of the groups enjoyed a personally cooked meal over a campfire. Each group decided what they were wanted to eat, got the food, and made it themselves for a meal full of pride and satisfaction.
