Continued……

It has been a magnificent day at camp today. This weekend was our special She and Me event here at Camp Timbercrest. The morning was greeted with brave littles that participated in the Polar Bear Swim. Then they were off to games, hikes, S’mores and water! Boating was a huge hit today as many ventured on Keyser Lake on many different types of boats. However, they did not just explore the lake, many hiked around it to see the amazing flora and fauna that cascades around camp grounds.

They frolicked and played in the yard with games and tried their hand in fishing. While others took the opportunity to visit the barn to tend to our horses. They casted out their poles and waited patiently for a little nibble on their line. The gaga pit was visited for a little fun competition and celebrated with a fireside s’more.

The evening concluded with a wonderful closing campfire with lots of singing and laughing.
